Days 05.45am - 18.00pm / Nights 17.45pm - 06.00am

We have a fantastic opportunity for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to be part of dynamic engineering team at our clients manufacturing company based near Ely. The company have a super ethos and give people the opportunity to grow and develop.

The main purpose of the role for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer is to respond to machine breakdowns, diagnose and effectively deal with the problems and support the engineering planned maintenance programme. You will have the ability to prioritise your work load in line with engineering guidelines and business requirements.

The ideal Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer should have good electrical and mechanical engineering skills and diagnostic ability. You should be a qualified mechanical or electrical engineer or technician with a proven track record and have knowledge of the latest electrical regulations.

You should have the ability to understand and communicate effectively with other employees within the business. You will need to have basic IT skills.
You may be required to work extra hours and this would be paid at normal overtime rates.

The multi skilled maintenance engineer's position is based in the Ely area.
