My client based in Huntingdon is looking to recruit a Receptionist on a full time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work for a well established business, providing excellent Customer Service.

The successful candidate will:

  • Take bookings, ensuring maximum rates are obtained
  • Preparation of bills and authorising payments
  • Responsible for manning the Front Desk
  • Responsible for cash handling and including float and banking
  • Responsible for card payments and balancing shift totals
  • Assist with other services as and when required
  • Take meeting bookings and confirm food service requirements
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required
  • Report anything considered a health and safety hazard
  • Attend any meeting or training sessions as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Be organised and efficient
  • Previous Customer Service experience - desirable
  • Be flexible with workings as this role requires some evening/weekend work.
