Our client based in Huntingdon is looking to recruit a Administrator on a 4 month FTC, with the possibility of going Permanent. This is an exciting and challenging role that offers career growth, client contact and a real opportunity to make a difference.

The successful candidate will:
Work closely with the Directors of the company
Ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day - to day basis
Monitoring and controlling daily and overnight occurrences and reporting accordingly
Maintaining holiday and absence calendar for all staff
Maintaining database of licences
Ensuring all staff are checked and vetted
Maintaining company fleet of vehicles - MOT'S/Servicing/Tax etc
Maintaining site phones where required
Ensuring staff uniforms are ordered and despatched
General office duties - answering telephone, dealing with clients both internal and external respectfully but efficiently

Requirements:
Experience working within a busy office
Good administration, computer and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
