We have an exciting opportunity to work for a business who is based in Huntingdon - Cambridgeshire . They are looking for an OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR to provide admin support on all aspects of campaign operations and to provide reporting on key areas.
Possible Hybrid working.
The successful candidate will:
Processing vetting applications
Sending daily and weekly reporting to the Client and management team.
Gain expert understanding of campaign operational procedures and provide advice on how to streamline operations
Provide support to the marketing companies in their use of the CRM
Gain strong understanding of campaign financial operations and support the Client Account team
Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested
Provide administration support during the lead up to meetings and onsite support when they take place
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Access and PowerPoint
Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP experience,
Previous experience with databases and CRM
Have excellent organisational skills, creative minded, attention to detail Logical thinker with initiative
Be a problem solver and negotiator, able to offer solutions
Have the ability to adapt quickly to change and learn practices in a fast paced environment
Have good communication skills both written and verbal
Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Offer support & assistance to all members of the team
Be professional in both presentation and verbal
Salary is £23-£25,000 per annum - with a bonus which is paid quarterly
