Skills and Experience

The successful Key Account Manager will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Director or Senior Sales professional

  • A proven track record of retaining and growing existing customer accounts

  • Experience identifying and converting new business opportunities

  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles

  • The ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels
